How to reset my password?

You are not required to reset your password as now users are required to login via Email . As part of the steps which we take from time to time to ensure that our users’ accounts aren’t misused and that they remain secured all the time, we are now phasing out email/ Facebook logins and adding Phone number as a mandatory field required for authentication on every login. Issues with Live Streams on Silo TV ?

If you're having issues watching live streams or live events on Silo TV, please ensure that you are watching on a supported device, and have a sufficient download speed. Silo TV recommends a minimum download speed of 1MB/s for SD content and 5MB/s for HD content. Silo TV will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available.

Troubleshoot Internet Connection Issues with Your Connected Device

You may encounter an error message while using the Silo TV app if you’re experiencing issues with your Internet connection. Try the following steps if you’re having problems: Check that your connected device (such as a smart TV, set top box) is connected to the Internet. You can usually check your connection in your device's Settings menu. For connections made via Wi-Fi, make sure you've entered the correct password for your Wi-Fi network. If your device is connected to your router, but still encounter error messages, restart your connected device and any home network devices like modems or routers. Check to make sure that your device's firmware or operating system is up to date.

Facing Buffering and stuttering while playing content ?

Buffering issues can be caused due to multiple reasons like inconsistent internet speed, latency, number of hops, routing, last-mile connectivity issues, etc. Clear your browser cache on a regular basis to help with stability and performance.

How do I add content to my Wish list ?

You can only add content to your watch list if you sign in to our App. After you sign in you can follow the simple steps below to add content to your watch list: 1.Start playing your favorite content 2.You will see an option "Wish list". Click on the same and your video gets added to your wish list.

Are shows and movies free on Silo TV?

No. You have to subscribe to the Silo TV. Only subscribers have access to watch movies ,TV series & more.
